IP Radar ("we," "our," or "us") is a service operated by INTEGIRA from Spain and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable to EU-based data controllers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the IP Radar platform (ipradar.co) and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email address, password)
• Business information (firm name, practice areas, CPC specialisations)
• Profile information (headshot URL, bio, calendar booking link)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Inventor disclosure submissions (see Section 4A)
• Campaign performance data (emails sent, meetings booked, outcomes)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve IP Radar services
• Deliver inventor outreach campaigns on your behalf
• Generate intelligence briefings and patent landscape analysis
• Send lifecycle emails, onboarding sequences, and service notifications
• Track campaign performance and guarantee fulfilment
• Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Loops.so — lifecycle email delivery (loops.so/privacy)

• Apollo.io — professional contact enrichment (apollo.io/privacy)

All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to implement appropriate security measures.

4A. Inventor Disclosure Confidentiality

IP Radar includes an inventor disclosure intake tool that allows inventors to submit invention details directly to their patent attorney via a branded online form. The following safeguards apply:

• Attorney-only access. The content of inventor disclosures — including invention descriptions, technical details, problem statements, and novel elements — is accessible exclusively to the subscribing attorney and their authorised representatives. INTEGIRA personnel cannot view this content.
• Encryption at rest. All sensitive disclosure fields are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. Even in the event of unauthorised database access, disclosure content cannot be read without the encryption key.
• Encryption in transit. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ encrypted connections between the inventor's browser, our servers, and our database provider.
• No third-party sharing. Disclosure content is never shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party. Structured metadata (technical field, urgency classification, CPC codes) is processed to assist the attorney but is not shared externally.
• Attorney-client privilege. IP Radar's systems are designed to preserve the confidentiality of attorney-client communications. We act solely as a technology provider facilitating the secure transmission and storage of disclosure information on behalf of the subscribing attorney.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EU to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required under GDPR.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• AES-256-GCM field-level encryption for sensitive data at rest
• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls limiting data visibility to authorised parties
• Secure session management with encrypted authentication tokens

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Inventor disclosure data is retained for the duration of the attorney's subscription plus 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted upon request. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing — limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

9. Cookies
